The Manager of Richmond Panels is very helpful. I went to see him to have a few restorations performed on my 20 year old ML SUV V8 Mercedes. This is no a daily driver but much loved in the family since new. He gave me great advice on the repairs and also polished the Headlights and front section for free.It seems that this company has great customer service and you can see from the production line that it is a professional operation.Highly recocomended!

These guys are the best! I had some minor scratches on my car and they were able to fix it quickly and without charge! Very accommodating, understanding and professional (they aren't your typical panel beaters who sometimes get a bad rep!). Highly recommend.

I had a small nick in the bumper of my car. So small you wouldn't really do anything about it normally. Except that my car is brand new and only a few weeks old! I took it to Richmond Panels and they applied a bit of touch up paint at no cost to me. Really appreciate it.

Thanks to the team at Richmond Panels. Excellent advice regarding whether to go via insurance for a fairly minor repair and then a fantastic high quality job. Done so quickly and very friendly team. Hopefully I won't need to go back there again but if ever I need repairs will certainly go back . Highly recommend them.

Adam for Richmond Panels is the best! I had been to multiple car repair shops in the eastern suburbs for a repair on my car for various scratches and dents prior to selling it. Richmond Panels was the best by miles. Offering real advice that really saved me thousands! Very lovely, excellent customer service! I will never go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing service.Above and beyond.My car looks brand new just before my festival..They replaced the whole thing with brand new original parts.......Got professional cleaning for free.Thanks Adam and Daniel...Highly recommended to everyone.

Great customer service and such a great group of guys! Unfortunately I've had to have a couple of visits for my car and even though I know they are super busy there’s never been a wait and I’ve felt so well taken care of! Plus perfect results every-time!!

This will be an unusual review :) A few weeks ago I fell of my bike right in front of Richmond Panels and lost consciousness. Adam saw the accident, called ambulance and took care of me (still unconscious) until the paramedics arrived. He also took care of my bicycle and stored it for a few weeks in the office. I flew abroad merely two days after the accident and wasn't able to come by to say thank you, but I'm really grateful for your selfless help, Adam, Daniel and team! All the best.

What an experience!! Not only the best customer experience but superior quality workmanship. The guys took the time to explain all my options, were super flexible to accommodate with timing, were amazing at keeping me informed throughout the time they had the car. No matter where you live in Melbourne make the effort to get your car fixed here, you won’t regret it. Every staff member that I dealt with were great, but a huge shout out has to go to Daniel Olivera, no one knows panels like Daniel :)

A previous panel beater did a bad job on my Lancer, and it needed fixing to attach a new front grill. Rather than booking the car in Adam suggested an alternate repair which he did on the spot - and then refused to charge! What a legend! Amazing customer service from Richmond Panels, thank you. Five stars.

5 stars don't lie. Third time back to Richmond Panels, and Adam & Daniel looked after me as if I was family. Enough said. As long as I live in Melbourne I wouldn't think for a second of going elsewhere. Faith in automotive repair industry restored - all because of these top dudes. Keep doing what you're doing guys. ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE ON ALL LEVELSI was recently involved in a car accident that turned out to be quite complex to deal with. Amongst other things, the driver was my colleague's client - and I quickly found myself in the hands of a clever 'Con-Artist'. I called Richmond Panels to organise a quote - but what I then received from DANIEL and team went far beyond all expected and possible expectations.I am a Novice at dealing with incidents like this and did not know the correct steps to follow. It was definitely providence that I had spoken with Daniel prior to taking any other steps - a conversation that proved to be invaluable.Daniel walked me through the process in a clear and concise manner that made everything easy for me to understand and carry out. In fact, Daniel was proactive and even called the other driver on my behalf!!!! The information that Daniel was able to extract from that conversation saved me from being conned by a crafty fraudster!!!I followed Daniel's instructions to the letter and everything ran perfectly. Daniel's customer service was better and more reliable than Swiss clockwork. What I quickly realised was that I had not only found a reputable repairer, but that I had found a "Partner" who 'had my back'.I really can't understate the lengths that Daniel and his colleagues went to from start to finish to ensure I was taken care of on every front. That's something you have to experience for yourself!!!!One very notable mention is the fact that my insurance policy did not cover a replacement vehicle. (That was stupid of me!!!) Irrespective of that, Daniel 'somehow' organised a replacement vehicle, which meant that I was able to continue my work and personal life while my vehicle was off the road.Needless to say, the repair works themselves were of the highest quality. The only 'disappointing' thing is that now that the repairs are completed, I feel like I've lost a good mate!!!! Real customer service is based on the relationship formed with the client - and that's where Daniel and the team excel. Daniel is an absolute professional - and he is authentic and down to earth as person.I recommend RICHMOND PANELS at every opportunity. I went through Richmond Panels as I needed to have a rear side panel fixed - Adam and his team went above and beyond! Amazing service and care for their customers! My car looks even better than it did when it was brand new. I couldn't recommend Richmond Panels highly enough.

These guys are amazing!!! They are so nice and the service is so fast but they take so much care. I will only go to Richmond Panels in the future for all my panel needs (touch wood). They repaired my panel in nearly no time at all, very impressed!
